Sometime in early June 2020, we were wondering what kind of music our friends have been creating given the ordeals the year had to offer. It gave us another excuse to check on the people around us. The request was simple; all we were looking for was a contribution of a track made since the first wave of global lockdown from each artist. There is no brief, direction or whatsoever. Our intention is not to survey, judge or influence the artists' creations or contributions. We wanted SEED to be a time-capsule more than anything else. This capsule was initially scheduled to be unearthed in September but the year insisted on dishing out more curveballs. The delays however allowed us to gather more contributions. So here we are with the year coming close to an end. And here are 23 tracks we have amassed from what was initially a casual thought. Uncertainty still rules the day but at least for now we know what uncertainty sounds like from the contributing artists. This is enough to keep us going.
